1. How do I register new membership in Quest3+?

2. How to do change of authorized person in Quest3 and Quest3+?

a)      If your company has only one Digicert token and still have product correspondence in Quest3, you need to continue with Digicert. Kindly contact NPRA helpdesk to change authorized person.

b)      If your company does not have any product correspondence in Quest3, you can do change of authorized person in Quest3+ and proceed to buy new token from MSC Trustgate.

4. How to do renewal for existing Digicert token?

a)      If your company has only one Digicert token and still have product correspondence in Quest3, you need to continue with Digicert. For valid token, you can login Quest3 to select package and print renewal slip. For expired token, kindly contact NPRA helpdesk to get renewal slip.

b)      If your company does not have any product correspondence in Quest3, you can print membership slip at ‘membership application status’ in Quest3+ and proceed to buy new token from MSC Trustgate.

5. How to do renewal for existing Trustgate token?

6. Invalid username/password

Kindly recheck both username and password. Username can be checked in membership slip and password can be reset at icon 'forget password' in Quest3+.

For existing Quest2 / Quest3 users, when first time login to Quest3+, kindly reset your password at icon 'forget password' in Quest3+. The default password can be changed under membership utilities once login.
